DŶSENTERY BLUES Forgotten: banger, vocals on point and snare sounds great on the blasts. Fast
Remnants of this sorrow: grimy slow heavy melodies into more standard black metal tempos. Good blends of guitar tones. Good vocal work again. Falls into clean guitar ambience. The lead makes me think of an arduous but gratifying hike up a steep and dodgy cliff side. Fade.
Longing...: clean noodly guitar lick. Fragile talking vocals (a bit too fragile for my taste personally). Guitar tone is great. Riff is pretty and also gets entrancing almost reminiscent of a raga composition.
The abyss of life: under water tremolo bubbles forth.. drums whip in. Production is tight, pliskin. Everything balances well like a post rock sound. Cut out, angular guitar riff ushers in drums and vox along with more melodic riffing. Love this guys voice. Riff tones are great at this point dry and high, I love it. Tremolo comes back in, screaming. My minds eye is in the middle of nowhere. The guitars are triumphant. The fills a bit robotic but blistering! Cuts out. More progressive guitar noodles. Great effect on the reverb. Vocals are unique, sound like a male pitch shift choir. Not in the typical fashion. Acoustic guitar joins. Back into blast/trem work. Rhythm shift, into guitar solo.. love it. Great work. Clean solo, lot of expression. Band drops out. The end. This band is great. Favorite track: Forgotten.
